Quality Assurance | How to keep flowers fresh?
Tips: Please water daily with flower food. Keep out of direct sunlight, heat, humidity and draught.
Boenga Flowers ensures the finest fresh blooms for all floral compositions. We seek your understanding that all fresh-cut flowers are alive and will deteriorate with time with various environmental factors outside of our control once orders are fulfilled.
Every piece created is a bespoke masterpiece by Boenga Flowers, hence we do not accept refund or exchange, but we aim to come to a reasonable resolution should any unfortunate situation arise.
Flowers & Foliage Varieties | How many types of flowers are used?
There is a minimum quantity commitment of flowers & foliage we use in a floral composition.
Minimum 4 types of varieties will be used in Discovery Bespoke Fresh Flowers Gift.
Minimum 6 types of varieties will be used in Curiosity Bespoke Fresh Flowers Gift.
Minimum 8 types of varieties will be used in Generosity Bespoke Fresh Flowers Gift.
Minimum 12 types of varieties will be used in Complexity Bespoke Fresh Flowers Gift.
Flowers Lifespan | How long can the fresh-cut flowers last?
Fresh-cut flowers estimated to last beautifully over 3-6 days in cooling environment.

Delivery Methods & Costs | How much is delivery?
Boenga Flowers offers complimentary standard delivery for all Singapore orders.
